On this route we target the Uco Valley region located in the centre-west of the city of Mendoza and comprising the departments of Tunuyán, Tupungato and San Carlos.
This valley is considered one of the most important wine regions of Argentina, and we will be amazed by the beautiful scenery at the foot of the Andes, where the vineyards have such excellent conditions that enable them to produce each year the grapes from which fine wines are made.
At the wheel of our car we will visit the most important and beautiful wineries in the region. At some of them we will learn about the process of winemaking, tasting the most interesting grape varieties; we can play golf, ride horses through the vineyards of the magnificent haciendas, enjoy treatments of wine therapy offered in Spas by some of the places where we will stay, and of course we will become familiar with the local cuisine, which is really delightful.
This trip is an ideal complement to a stay in Buenos Aires of three nights, since Mendoza is just 2 hours by plane to the west.
