Cordoba: Mixture of cultures

Cordoba: Mixture of cultures

<br /> 'Córdoba, Jewish territory, land of bullfighters and artists, where each spring thousands of flowers are born, and where the most beautiful women can be seen on the balconies, the dream of the poet, lyrics of my songs'<br /> (Song by Alvaro Ortega Vizcaino)

The history of Cordoba is a mixture of cultures that has left a deep imprint: Roman, Arabic and Jewish, as well as Christian.

We will walk you through Cordoba, accompanied by the best guides, to know its interesting history.

The city has archaeological remains from different eras: Roman temples, Visigoth basilicas, Arab and Jewish buildings, and numerous Christian churches.

On foot, on horseback, or by Sidecar, we will discover the best kept treasures of the city, palaces and private patios, underground archaeological sites not generally open to the public, horse shows ….

The Mosque, the Alcázar of the Christian Kings, the Synagogue … are of course visits that we cannot omit.

At lunchtime we will tour the taverns, in which we can try the exquisite local cuisine.

In the evening we enjoy an exclusive dinner in a beautiful private courtyard, where our ears are enchanted with the different styles of flamenco that complement perfectly the local wines we will taste.

On the outskirts of Córdoba we continue to enjoy: the beauty of the Caliphate City of Medina Azahara, footpaths on which we can tour the Sierra Morena Cordobesa, bird sightings, see the olive harvest and subsequently taste the oil, visit the most beautiful villages of the sierra, bull ranches ….

Cordoba has a variety of accommodation for all tastes and budgets; we will select for you the best in each case.
